Yoga for Kids

Interested in trying Yoga? Great for flexibility and sports conditioning! Join yoga instructor Jenny Hoover once a week on Monday’s starting March 10th in Emerson Hall’s basement from 2:30-3:15 for children aged 8 and up. You will learn a series of poses and discover the connection between breath and movement, while having fun.
We have mats and any other tools you might need for class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel. If you are interested, please fill out this Google form.
