October’s discussion will take place in person as well as be available over ZOOM.

The topic is the Challenge of Climate Change to Foreign Policy and will include climate migration; geo-engineering of the atmosphere; geopolitics of decarbonization; global equity and democracy; and how nations will be challenged by unanticipated climate-related developments.  Everyone is welcome.
