The Witherle Library foreign affairs discussion group will meet at the library on July 30, from 5-6pm. The topic will be Tariffs:  The Economic and Foreign Policy Impacts of Trump’s Unilateral War on Trade. The discussion will be moderated by Barbara Griffiths, who is a retired US Foreign Service Officer and who earned a BA and MA in Economics. All are welcome.
