The topic is Africa and will focus on African countries’ diverse political, economic, energy, climate and healthcare policies, plus their foreign policy objectives. Also included is a look at the Biden administration’s efforts to establish a comprehensive and credible set of policies that address both African concerns and US interests, and offer African countries an alternative to the objectives of Russia, China, and others.
