 led\, "The Trump Audit" on page 22 of the October 31\, 2020 issue and will
  then pivot to the Biden-Harris administration’s foreign policy agenda.\
 n\nSecretary of State designate Anthony Blinken testified for over 4 hours
  before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on January 19 and laid out 
 some of the new administration’s thinking.  It’s available on C-Span\
 , but is a long watch or read.  For the short version\, there’s an NPR
