  advantages of the types of insulation available. He can also answer quest
 ions about Efficiency Maine rebates and other incentives.\n\nCo-sponsored 
 by Castine Community Partners\, The Wilson Museum\, and Witherle Memorial 
 Library.\n\nThe program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will
